Checklist for determination of eligibility to list

Is the company a public ‘unlisted’ company? Yes / No
Have the company or its directors been classified as wilful defaulters? Yes / No
Has the company qualified as a ‘sick’ company and referred to the BIFR in any of the past 5 years? Yes / No
Was a winding up petition filed admitted against the company by the court?
Note: Filing a winding up petition does not disqualify the company as long as it is not admitted by the court.

Are the revenues of the company less than INR 100 crores? Yes / No
Is the paid up capital of the company under 25 crores? Yes / No
Has the company received a minimum 50 lakh investment from a VC fund, an alternate investment fund or angel investor registered with SEBI, a merchant banker, a multilateral agency, public financial institution or qualified institutional buyer? Yes / No
Do the net assets of the company exceed INR 1 crore? Yes / No
Is the turnover of the company more than INR 50 lakhs? Yes / No
The company should not be more than 10 years from the date of incorporation and it should have audited financial statement for the previous financial year. Yes / No
