Miller’s Theorem

When an impedance Z is connected between the input (1) and output (2) terminals of a network which provides a voltage gain Av as shown in Fig., an equivalent circuit which gives the same effect can be drawn by removing Z and connecting an impedance 49319.png across input terminals and another impedance 49311.pngacross output terminals as shown in fig. This theorem is called  Miller’s theorem.
