 Special Terms In A Contract

When there are certain special terms and conditions presents in the contract, these must be communicated to the offeree at the time of making the offer. If it is not done and subsequently the contract is entered into, the offeree will not be bound by these terms and conditions. If these conditions are contained in some document evidencing the transactions, the same shall be binding whether the offeree has read them or not. However, if the terms and conditions are contained in a document which is delivered after the completion of the contract, then the offeree is not bound by them.
