 In our daily life experience we light a candle when there is power cut. Candle burns to give light and heat .Similarly we use Liquefied Petroleum Gas (L.P.G.) supplied in cylinders to produce heat used for cooking purpose. The chemical process producing heat and light on burning substances like candle, Liquefied Petroleum Gas (L.P.G), compressed natural gas (C.N.G), coal, petrol, diesel, kerosene etc in the presence of Oxygen is called combustion. The substances that undergo combustion are called fuels.
