Anti-Ageing Peel

It is an alpha, beta, gamma-hydroxy peel. Lactobionic acid and Gluconolactone acid have been suitable for sensitive skin, including rosacea and atopic dermatitis.

Alpha-hydroxy acids - exfoliation.

Beta- hydroxy acids – penetration.

Gamma-hydroxy acids - hydration.

They have a larger molecular structure, which causes slower penetration, resulting in a reduction of irritation. Due to their multiple hydroxy groups, they attract and bind water and have humectant and moisturizing properties.Hence useful in dry and matured skin. They act as antioxidants hence have good antiageing properties. They are not photosensitizing, but reduce photoageing.
