Signs a/w Atopic dermatitis

1). Antenna sign

2). Dennie morgan fold.

3). Head light sign.

4). Hertoghe's sign

Extra Edge: ATOPIC DERMATITIS

1). Family history of asthma, hay fever

2). Flexural skin sites especially antecubital & popliteal fossa, in infants extensors and face involve.

3). Pruritus is hallmark, Lichenoid lesions (common in infants).

4). Perioral pallor, Dennie-Morgan fold & Monk's crawl.

5). Secondary infection is common with staph. aureus.

6). T/t - Topical Glucocorticoids, Topical Tacrolimus
