A 71/2 yr old girl child presented with fever, non-productive cough, and mild breathlessness. After a course of antibiotics the condition of child improved transiently but she again presented with high-grade fever, productive cough and increased respiratory distress. The chest X-ray showed hyperlucency and Pulmonary Function Test was suggestive of obstructive airway changes. What is the following is most likely diagnosis? (AIPG 2011)
