A lady after undergoing surgery on GA which out any intra surgical complication complained of respiratory difficulty. Po2 low. Not able to lift her head and leg what can be the cause

Prolonger action of muscle relaxant
a. A patient having eventless intraoperative condition complains of post operative respiratory difficulty and unable to lift her head and leg it seems that there is inadequate reversal from muscle relaxant.
b. Respiratory acidosis will result from inadequate effort due to prolonged action of muscle relaxant.
c. Pulmonary embolism can lead to profound hypoxemia. Patients at bed rest for prolonged periods before surgery, patients who have undergone joint replacement surgery are especially susceptible to PE.
PRESENTATION- sudden pleuritic chest pain, shortness of breath, pleural effusion or tachypnea.
