Autopsy is a part of inquest. So it is always done under either 174 crpc or 176 crpc, depending on whether it is a police inquest or magistrate inquest respectively.
In the present question women has died within seven years of her marriage, so it is a case of dowry death.
Section 304 B ipc defines and prescribes punishment for dowry death, but the autopsy will be done under 176 crpc.
