A person who has been wearing contact lenses for 1-2 months comes with h/o irritation in left eye. Diagnosis - keratitis. Corneal scrapings revealed presence of pseudomonas aeruginosa which was multidrug resistant. How did it attain that level of resistance? (AIPG,2010)
