a. immediately after intubation among above mentioned complications only option( b) oesophageal intubation and (c) bronchospasm can occur immediately.

b. Only in bronchospasm immediately ETco2 rises and there is upsloping of plateau. Airway PRESSURE rises and there is decreased air entry.

c. Oesophageal intubation there will be no ETco2 and there will be no rise in airway pressure.

d. Block of endotracheal tube is late complication in an intubated patient.
