A two-year-old male child was given 8 days of cefaclor of 10 days course. The child developed low grade fever, malaise, lymphadenopathy, irritability, generalized erythematous rash which are mildly pruritic. Most probable diagnosis is (DNB June 2012)

Hepatic cysts and hepatic fibrosis
It is case of polycystic kidney disease it is inheited as autosomal recessive. Hepatic cysts and hepatic fibrosis is a common association. CHF can be there. All these are the part of ductal plate malformation.
