Injuries of Lower Limb
All are complications of pelvic fractures except
|A||Rupture of Urethra.|
|B||Injury of the Lumbo sacral plexus.|
|C||Injury to the rectum or vagina.|
A subconjunctival hemorrhage is seen following a head injury which may be coincidental but it is not directly related to pelvic fractures. Other complications include injuries to the major blood vessels like the common iliac artery or its branches.
