Gottron's papule> Esophageal dysmotility
a. Gottron's papule is characteristically seen in dermatomyositis.
b. Option D. is also incorrect as esophageal dysmotility is extracutaneous manifestation of systemic sclerosis (not cutaneous manifestation). However, amongst the given options, Gottron's papule is best answer as it is not related to systemic sclerosis.
c. Cutaneous manifestations of systemic sclerosis ~ Raynaud's phenomenon, Sclerodactyly, diffuse sclerosis, mask like face, Thinning of lips, Mat-like telangiactasia, Salt-pepper dyschromatosis, Periungual telangiectasia, calcinosis cutis.
