a. SLE is more common in females

"Mainly young women are affected in SLE". .

b. DLE -like discoid lesion can occur in SLE.

c. There is photosentivity and butterfly rash (erythema on the checks & nose).

d. Constitutional symptoms occurs along with systemic manifestations.

Note - Some guides have given answer A. i.e. lesions resembling DLE. But they are wrong as discoid lesion (like DLE) can be seen in SLE and it is one of the diagnostic criteria (amongst 11 criteria for SLE).
