Classification of Sexual Offence
All the following are features of a still-born foetus EXCEPT: (AIPG 2010)

|C||Will show signs of maceration|
|D||Severe moulding of head|
Will show signs of maceration
Stillbirth-child born after 28th week of pregnancy and did not show any sign of life after being completely born. The child was alive in utero but died during the process of birth.
Deadborn- is a child who died inside the uterus and shows signs such as maceration, Spalding’s sign, Robert’s sign, rigor mortis, mummification after it is completely born.
