B Drug induced gastritis

Ans. B Drug induced gastritis (Controversial Question) In this question option B is a better answer than option C. The reason being in this case patients is a young boy of 18 yrs and he has fever for last 15 days so it is obvious that he must have been taking some NSAID. In this case spleen can be enlarge because of fever it self. But there is no clue for any cause of esophageal varices.
