An 8-month-old child has excessive tearing from both eyes. On examination no conjunctival congestion, photophobia was present. Tear passage is normal but cornea is large. Most likely diagnosis is: (AIPG 2011)

1. Buphthalmos Or Infantile Glaucoma is a condition due to trabeculo dygens

2. Boys bilateral

3. Due to extensibility of the sclera in infants the lamina cribrosa give way producing deep cupping and the entire cornea and sclera stretches leading to enlargement of the globe. (Anial myopia-Buphthalmer horigontal in DM-Haabis stias )

4. This stretching may mask the increased intraocular pressure on clinical examination.

5. The anterior chamber is extremely deep

6. Earliest Sign : Cloudy cornea

7. Clinied triad : 1. Photophopia, 2. Lacrination, 3. Blepharospam

8. Essentinally : 1. Goniotomy, 2. Trabeculotomy, 3. Trabeculotomy-Trabeculectomy (best method)
