Pemphigus vulgaris - causes blistering because of a loosening of desmosomal links between epidermal cells caused by immunological attack

1). P.V. is an autoimmune disease caused by action of IgG antibodies which circulate in the blood and react with a protein (desmoglein) present on the surface of the epidermal cells

2). Lichen planus - is an inflammatory disorder of skin of unknown origin but with a prominent immuno pathogenetic component.

3). Psoriasis - common genetically determined, inflammatory skin disorder of unknown cause
