b. Manifestations (3 P’s = Pin Point Pupil, hyperpyrexia, quadriparesis)

v. Hyperventilation

vi. Hypertension

vii. Hyperhidrosis

viii. Hyperpyremia

ix. Impairment of reflex eye movement on head turning (doll's head or oculocephalic maneuver)

a. Superior cerebellar

b. Ant. inferior cerebellar

c. Post. Inferior cerebellar

2). Manifestations

a. Occipital headache

b. Vomiting

c. Gait ataxia

d. Dizziness or vertigo

e. Dysarthria

f. Dysphagia

g. Stupor & coma if brainstem compression occurs

h. Ocular changes

• Paresis of conjugate gaze

• Forced deviation of eyes to opposite side

• I/L 6th nerve palsy
