i. Granulomatous inflammation involving the respiratory tract and necrotizing vasculitis affecting small to medium-sized vessels (e.g, capillaries, venules, arterioles, and arteries).
ii. Necrotizing glomerulonephritis is common.
iii. Triad of upper respiratory tract involvement, lower respiratory involvement and renal involvement.
iv. Kidney has Crescenticglomerulo nephritis (AIIMS Nov 09)
