Cisplatin is drug of choice in treatment of all of the following except
a. Cisplatin is indicated as a single agent for treatment of transitional cell bladder cancer that is no longer amenable to local treatments such as surgery and/or radiotherapy
b. Cisplatin is indicated in combination with other chemotherapeutic agents for treatment of metastatic ovarian tumors. It is indicated, as a single agent, as secondary therapy of metastatic ovarian tumors refractory to standard chemotherapy that did not include cisplatin.
c. Cisplatin is indicated in combination with other chemotherapeutic agents for treatment of metastatic testicular tumors in patients who have already received appropriate surgical and/or radiotherapeutic procedures.
d. Cisplatin is indicated for treatment of adrenocortical carcinoma, breast carcinoma, cervical carcinoma, endometrial carcinoma, gastric carcinoma, lung carcinoma, neuroblastoma in children, prostatic carcinoma, and squamous cell carcinoma of the head
