Commonest cause of Intracerebral bleed: (LQ)
a. Most spontaneous one are having history of hypertension.
b. Hypertensive hemorrhage are most often from rupture of micro aneurysms ( Charcot Bouchard aneurysms)
c. Sites-Putamen (corpus striatum) >thalamus >pons >cerebellar cortex.
d. Basal ganglia hemorrhage often shows obvious expansion of the affected hemisphere with flattening of the gyri.
e. Contralateral hemiplegias the sentinel sign and the eyes deviate away from the side of the hemisphere.
