Astrocytoma and Glioblastoma multiforme:
a. Glioblastoma multiforme is MC brain tumor in adults.
b. Endothelial proliferation cause formation of glomeruli.
c. Astrocytomas have fibrillary background.
d. Vascular endothelial proliferation or a mitotic rate greater than 1 per. 10HPF is pathognomic of anaplastic change.
e. Astrocytomas occur mostly in cerebral hemisphere and occasionally in spinal cord.
