1). There is no significant clinical benefit from the administration of methylprednisolone in the treatment of patients after Acute spinal cord injury (ASCI) for either 24 or 48 hours duration.
2). The neurological recovery benefit of methylprednisolone when administered within 8 hours of has been suggested.
