Fasanella-Servat procedure - Indications

Mild ptosis with levator function of at least 10 mm. This includes Miller’s ms-Sympalhitic innovation Horner's syndrome Q and very mild congenital ptosis Q

Degree of ptosis – Opn

a. 2 mm diff. in 2 eyes – mild – fasenella servat (especially for horness)

b. 3mm diff. – LPS resection

c. >4mm diff. – severe– Frontalis sling

For Marcus Gunn phenomenon: LPS excision/Disinertion and frontalis sling.
