Clinical. Feature of Schizophrenia:
A. Disorder of affect
a. Emotional blunting
c. Anhedonia (inability to experience pleasure).
B. Disorder of motor behaviour
C. Disorder of perception
a. Hallucination (mainly auditory and some time visual hallucination is there)
b. Third person hallucination.
D. Primary delusion are characteristic of schizophrenia.
E. Secondary delusions are diagnostic of schizophrenia but not first rank symptoms of schizophrenia.
F. Examples of secondary delusion are: delusion of persecution, delusion of reference, delusion of grandeur.
G. Ambivalence - severe inability to decide for or against.

H. Hebephrenic schizophrenia has worst prognosis.
