a. Malignant transformation of irradiated tissues that is radiation sarcoma is being reported with increasing frequency.
b. Thus radiotherapy should not be used for treatment of benign lesions, one possible exception being' extensive pigmented villo nodular synovitis that cannot be controlled by surgery.
