Drugs used:-

NSAIDS -

a. To control the symptoms and signs of local inflammatory process.

b. These drugs have minimal effect on the progression of the disease.

c. Usually Acetaminophen is not used in the treatment of RA because it does not have anti inflammatory property.

d. But if a patient of RA also has associated hemophilia then Acetaminophen is the analgesic of choice.
