IgG can be reduced in following except:
|A||Wiskott Aldrich syndrome|
|B||Selective IgA deficiency|
|C||Di George syndrome|
|D||Combined immune deficiency|
a. In Wiskott Aldrich syndrome IgM antibodies are decreased, IgA and IgG are normal and IgE is increased.
b. In selective IgA deficiency there is decreased levels of IgA but there can also be concomitant reduction of IgG. DiGeorge syndrome is a selective T cell deficiency in which Immunogobulin concentrations are normal.
c. In severe combimed immunodeficiency there is combined deficiency of T and B cells and is associated with decrease in immunoglobulin concentration
