This patient has :-

a. Swelling of face & lip à can occur in both anaphylaxis or locally as angioneurotic edema.

b. Respiratory distress à can occur in both anaphylaxis or angioneurotic edema.

c. Intense pruritis à Occurs in anaphylaxis but not in angioneurotic edema.

d. Hypotension àOccurs in anaphylaxis but not in angioneurotic edema.

So, the diagnosis is anaphylaxis.
