In Rh incompatibility, the prognosis depends on
a. A positive coomb's test indicated the presence of antibodies absorbed on the red cells and confirm that the baby has been affected, the haemoglobin and bilirubin levels together with the clinical conditions of the baby indicates the severity of the disease - H&B]
b. Indirect coomb's test decides that antibodies is positive or negative
c. With isoimmunization of the mother, the prognosis of baby depends on
i. Genotype of the father
ii. History of previous affection of the baby, due to haemolytic disease
iii. Availability of sophisticated diagnostic and therapeutic facilities for the affected babies.
