B Increased CVP and SP

C Decreased CVP and increased BP

D Decreased CVP and BP

Ans. A

Increased CVP and decreased BP

Any arrhythmia can occur during CVP catheterization. In supraventricular tachycardia the atrial filling is compromised leading to decreased venous return from head and neck thereby increasing the CVP PSVT can sometimes cause life threating hypotension.
