1. Uniprostone - ↑ trabacular flow. Dosing is B.D.
2. Bimotaprast - ↑ both outflow (Uveoscleral and Trabecular)
3. Latanoprost - (0.005%) synthetic drug which is an ester analogue of prostaglandin F2 alpha Q, It is only drug which exclusively acts by increasing uveo scleral outflow and by causing reduction in episcleral Q venous pressure Q
4. Side effects Q – (Trichomegaly and pigmentation-hypirchsomia) increased pigmentation of the iris, eye lash growth.
