Fracture lateral condyle humerus
a. Non Union lateral condyle humerus leads to cubitus Valgus, and its importance is the liability of delayed ulnar nerve palsy.
b. Years after the injury the patient notices weakness of the hand with numbness and tingling of the medial 2 fingers. This is because of attrition damage of the ulnar nerve.
c. Treatment is by anterior transposition of the ulnar nerve.
