a. PEAU D ORANGE appearance of the skin of the breast is seen in patients of carcinoma of breast mostly with those having inflammatory carcinoma.
b. It is secondary to involvement of lymphatics of the breast. Causing retraction at the point of hair follicle secondary to subcutaneous edema.
