• Sympathetic nervous system is considered as thoraco-lumbar flow (TLF) and is found in the spinal cord segments T1 to L2
• Para sympathetic system lies around the sympathetic in the brain stem and sacral spinal cord - hence called as cranio-sacral flow (CSF).
