Pyoderma gangrenosum is seen in all except(LQ)
1). Pyoderma gangrenosum is an idiopathic necrotizing skin disease and the primary lesion is a pustule with a deeply violaceous rim.
2). The central area becomes necrotic forming a deep ulcer, with a broad violaceous rim and an overhanging edge.
3). The lesion is very tender and expands peripherally.
4). Pyoderma gangrenosum is seen in patients with ulcerative colitis, Crohn's disease, collagen vascular disease, Rheumatoid arthritis, Myeloid leukemia, myeloma.
