a. Treatment of pseudoaneurysm depends on the size and whether the patient is anticoagulated.
b. Spontaneous resolution is less likely if the patient is anticoagulated.
c. Treatment has involved from surgical repair of all pseudoaneurysm through USG- guided thrombin injection.
d. Surgical repair is reserved for those who fail injection or have contraindication to thrombin injection such a wide neck, inability to compress neck or presence of AV fistula.
