The commonest ovarian tumour in pregnancy is

a. Incidence of dermoid is increased two fold during pregnancy compared to the non-pregnant state
b. The most common ovarian tumors are cystic diagnosed during pregnancy (30% cystic teratoma, 28% serous or mucinous cystoadenoma, 13% corpus luteal cysts and 7% other benign cysts)
c. The most common adnexal mass in early pregnancy is the corpus luteum, which may become cystic and enlargement to 6 cm in diameter
d. Malignant ovary is extremely rare during pregnancy.
e. The most frequent and most serious complication of benign ovarian cyst during pregnancy is torsion (Most common in first trimester)
