Radiation retinopathy may develop following brachytherapy for treatment of intraocular tumours or external beam irradiation for orbital, sinus or nasopharyngeal malignancies. It is characterized by delayed retinal microvascular changes similar to diabetic retinopathy. Accelerated by pregnancy. Other ocular manifestations:
a. Time interval: 6 months and 3 years.
b. Treatment by laser photocoagulation
Poor prognostic features:
