The laryngeal mask airway used for securing the airway of a patient in all of the following conditions except:

In a patient with a large tumor in the oral cavity
The indications for laryngeal mask airway are:
a. Difficult intubation.
b. Emergency airway management especially during difficult or failed intubation like in CPR.
c. As elective procedure where anaesthetist wants to avoid intubation (like for minor cases).
d. As a conduit for endotracheal tubes, bronchoscope etc.
a. Full stomach patient or patients who are at high risk of aspiration.
b. Patients vulnerable for laryngospasm and broncho spasm.
c. Mass, abscess in oral cavity. So large tumour in oral cavity is CI.
