f. Sclerosing cholangitis (ANCA positive).

Complications

a. Massive hemorrhage.

b. Toxic mega colon with perforation.

c. Colonic epithelial dysplasia and carcinoma. The risk of neoplasia increased with duration and extend of the disease.
