Intranasal Polypectomy

Caldwell-Luc Operation

Functional Endoscopic Sinus Surgery (FESS)

c. These days it is the treatment of choice for all polyps and has superceded other modes of polyp removal.

d. Now in none of the questions-FESS is given as an option-Therefore we will go with the second best for children which is intranasal polypectomy.
