Measles is primarily a childhood disease affecting mainly the infants and young children in the age group of 6 months to 3 yrs in developing countries and slightly older children usually over 5 yrs in developed countries. Hence, measles vaccine would not be required by an elderly.
All other vaccines mentioned in the question can be given to elderly as these diseases may affect any age group.
