Vaginal delivery is not allowed in (AIIMS May 2010)

a. In twin pregnancy route of delivery is decided by the position of first baby.
b. Only if the first fetus is in vertex position, then normal vaginal delivery is possible
c. Twins with first fetus in non-vertex position (breech, transverse, oblique) are to be delivered by L.S.C.S.
d. MC, MA twins are always to be delivered by L.S.C.S. (even if the first fetus is in vertex position) because of very high risk of cord prolapse
e. Frank breech & complete breech, vaginal delivery is possible.
f. Footling breech always requires a LSCS as there is very high risk of cord prolapse
g. In face presentation, mento anterior face can deliver vaginally.
h. Mento posterior face always requires a LSCS
