Ans. A Libman Sach’s endocarditis

a. Rheumatic-Occur along the line of closure, atria surface of AV valve and ventricular surface of semilunar valve.

b. Libman-Occur on both surfaces of valve Leaflets or cusps, in the valve pocket (Mitral, tricuspid) Non bacterial thrombotic-Occur along line of closure.

c. Bacterial-SABE more after diseased valves, ABE on previously normal valves, location same as in RHD.
