a. In coeliac sprue:
i. Total or subtotal villous atrophy
ii. Increased chance of lymphoma

vii. Lymphocytes in lamina propria
b. Following information have been added to 8th edn. of Robbins
i. The most sensitive non-invasive serological tests are the presence of IgA antibodies to tissue transglutaminase
or IgA/IgG antibodies to deaminated gliadin.
ii. Anti-endomysial antibodies are highly specific but less sensitive.
