a. Symptoms and signs of Hypercalcemia include polyuria and polydipsia renal colic, lethargy, anorexia, nausea, dyspepsia and peptic ulceration, constipation, depression, drowsiness and impaired cognitive function.
b. Some of these are brought to mind by the adage bones, stones and abdominal pain and leg cramps are also seen. Bells palsy and convulsions are rare. Hypertension is common in hypercalcemia.
