Features:

1). Postural Hypotension

2). Tachycardia

3). Gastroparesis

4). Urine retention

5). Erectile dysfunction (ED)

6). Retrograde ejaculation

7). Diarrhea. Constipation.

8). Gastroparesis: It may respond to erythromycin, (MCQ: It acts on the motilin receptor)

9). Hypoglycemic unawareness.
